1. What GuitarZone is

GuitarZone is a guitar learning tool that organises YouTube guitar videos (tabs, lessons, covers) into a structured practice experience. We don't host video files ourselves; all video content is streamed from YouTube and belongs to the respective creators and rights holders.

GuitarZone is operated by Giacomo Gaggiotti as a non-commercial project.

2. Acceptable use

You may use GuitarZone only for lawful, personal learning purposes. You must not:

• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our team
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the platform
• Upload or share illegal content of any kind
• Infringe the copyright of video creators, tab authors, or anyone else
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

3. Accounts and security

You sign in through your Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us through https://guitar-zone.com/contact/. We'll never ask for your Google password.

4. Newsletter

GuitarZone offers a free monthly newsletter that you can subscribe to voluntarily. The newsletter contains updates about new content and features on the platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We may change frequency, format, or discontinue the newsletter at any time.

5. Content and copyrights

YouTube videos embedded on GuitarZone remain the property of their creators and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Any tabs, chord charts, or other written content on the platform belong to their respective authors. Don't reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

6. Service availability and changes

GuitarZone is an early-stage product provided "as is", without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or shut down the service, and we'll do our best to give advance notice when possible.

We're not liable for any loss or damage that results from using, or being unable to use, GuitarZone.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of GuitarZone after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of GuitarZone shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
